Good luck to Michael Carter-Williams, who seems to be the subject of all sorts of trade rumors these days. On to today’s recruiting links…

Three-star defensive back Brelin Faison-Walden from Grimsley (NC) tweeted on Tuesday that he received an offer from Syracuse. That adds to an already impressive offer list that includes Penn State, UNC, Alabama and Georgia.

Syracuse was also in the Keystone state, extending an offer to 2018 wide receiver Shaquon Anderson-Butts on Tuesday, he said on Twitter. Penn State and Rutgers are among the other schools to have offered.

Jonathan Alder (OH) tight end Trey Pugh picked up an offer from Syracuse on Tuesday reports Rivals.com’s Marc Givler. The three-star prospect also holds offers from Duke, Michigan and Northwestern, among others.

2016 Syracuse basketball commit Tyus Battle talked jump shot, speed and his position with Syracuse.com’s Donna Ditota. “I feel like I’m the kind of guard who can handle the ball, come off screens. I’m comfortable doing either one,” Battle says.

MaxPreps.com has a new highlight video for elite 2017 guard Trevon Duval. The Advanced Prep prospect has offers from over 20 schools, including Arizona, Baylor, Kansas, Louisville and Syracuse, among others.
