For the second straight outing, Andrew White III paced Syracuse with a strong opening half.

Syracuse improved to 3-0 with a win over Monmouth on Friday night.

For the second straight game, Fair notched a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. He had a nifty alley-oop from Brandon Triche for a basket plus a foul as he spun in the air to avoid Stephen Spinella.

Following a slow start when it let Monmouth hang around, the Orange kicked it up a notch and went into the highest gear toward the end of the first half, turning a tight game into a blowout.

Michael Carter-Williams’ huge double-double, 16 assists and 15 points, leads Syracuse to 108-56 win over Monmouth.

The entire rotation having double-digit games this early in the season is unheard of. Every player in this rotation has the ability to be explosive and put up big numbers.

Trevor Cooney hit three 3-pointers as part of a 33-7 as the Orange took a 57-28 lead into half.
