Thomas really liked getting to know Fran Brown and Tommy Caporale during his Franchise Camp experience. "Great dudes. They keep it honest and you can tell they care about their players outside of football. That matters to me."

He said that Syracuse, Akron and Troy are the schools in most contact, but he's still figuring out what his top schools are.

As for a decision timeline: "No rush right now. I want to take my visits, talk to my family, and make sure it's the right spot. Probably closer to the season."
