Here’s what I can say on Lewis: The Syracuse staff really likes him. Their pursuit of Lewis is certainly related to the departure of Brooks (and played a factor in the parting of ways with Bala). My understanding is that the feeling is mutual and that Lewis has SU at the top of his list currently.

I’ve had several different sources say that SU had a spot for two RBs in the 2027 class. They had Bala and Brooks. They are currently pursuing Kimble and Lewis. Take from that what you will.
