Caught up with Charlie earlier today. He said his top five schools are SU, Miami, Pitt, Connecticut and Charlotte. He plans on making his decision in the summer.

He's been in close touch with QB coach Sean Ryan in the past few months: "Over the past couple weeks after Sean’s visit to my house, we have been talking/working on offense plays and footwork adjustments that can and will help for the future."

Caught up with Charlie after the commitment and asked him what made him pull the trigger. The answer was simple: 'Coach Fran Brown.'

He had this to say about SU: "Not only is the school great, so is the new coaching staff."
