Ramos will be back in town for an OV on June 6. He tells me after his most recent visit, Syracuse is "at the top of my board."
He has visits for Northwestern (April 17), Virginia Tech (May 29) and Duke (June 19) also lined up, and tells me he'll announce his decision in late June/early July.
