Hoots is an interesting offer for the Orange. He won Defensive MVP Honors at Franchise Camp, and though he plays WR, he’s being recruited by SU as a defensive back.

"My current top schools are Syracuse, Ga Southern, Mercer, Colorado State, and I hope for more opportunities in the coming months,” he said to me in regard to his recruitment.

As for his timeline: "I plan on making a decision during the late fall or early winter time. I want to commit during my football season."
