Tyus Battle enjoyed his visit to Duke for their Midnight Madness, and has no other visits currently planned. “It was a great visit,” Gary Battle, the player’s father, told SNY.tv. “Tyus enjoyed the campus life and the culture. It’s similar to Gill [St. Bernard’s] in a lot of ways. He really liked that aspect of it. He spent some time with the kids on the team and got a feel for what kind of kids they were. He felt really comfortable with those guys. Tyus Jones, we saw his room and where he lived. He felt he fit right in.”
