Jake Pickard, the No. 26 recruit in the NJ.com Top 50 and the top tight end prospect in New Jersey’s recruiting class of 2015, will make his collegiate announcement Thursday, choosing between Wisconsin, Virginia, Oregon, Syracuse, Purdue and Nebraska. The 6-5, 234-pound Millburn (N.J.) standout, who has an 82-inch wing span, played offensive and defensive tackle in 2013, but projects to the tight end and defensive end positions at the collegiate level.
