Pitt got a commitment from 6-foot-4 guard Mustapha Heron, but fans will have to wait a few years to see him play at the Petersen Center as he is only a sophomore (class of 2016) at Sacred Heart in Waterbury Connecticut.

The book was originally published in 2003 following SU’s first (and only) NCAA national championship, but, obviously, plenty has happened since then.

Add Miami among the teams that have switched to a zone defense. The Hurricanes spent most of their surprising 2012-13 run in a man-to-man defense, but head coach Jim Larranaga switched to a 2-3 zone after he was displeased with his team’s early returns this season.
