Louisville landed top-notch prospect JaQuan Lyle from the class of 2014 on Wednesday, giving the Cards a third top-50 recruit and the No. 2 class in the country. Louisville was also in good shape with five-star guard Isaiah Whitehead, but the Cards now have three elite guards in their 2014 class and should have a handful of talented returning players at that position. Whitehead — the No. 17 overall player in the class — told the Herald-Leader earlier this month that Syracuse, Louisville and Minnesota had been recruiting him the hardest and he planned to take visits to all three schools at the end of the summer schedule.
