Rick Pitino extended an offer to 2014 prospect Isaiah Whitehead Thursday. Pitino recently has focus his recruiting to the 2014 class after finishing a strong 2013 class last month. Louisville coaching staff visited Whitehead at Lincoln High School Thursday. Whitehead is a 6’4″ shooting guard from Brooklyn, New York. He is considered the eighth-best shooting guard and the 29th-best player in the 2014 class by 247Sports.Com. He has offers from Syracuse, Florida, St. Johns and several other Division-I schools.
