In its rout of Florida State, the Syracuse Orange had 23 fast break points in the first half and 33 overall.

With the game tied at eight almost six minutes into the action, Syracuse turned on the jets and blew out Florida State in the second round of the ACC Tournament in Brooklyn, 96-57.

Down 74-71 with three seconds left, Joe Girard curiously heaved the ball half court to seemingly no one in particular.

Torrence had arguably his best game of the season and certainly his best half of the campaign with four second half points and assists.
