Tulane had a porous defense last year, as the Green Wave gave up 38.4 points per game, good for 118th in the NCAA. They return an experience secondary, but are still unproven up front and at the linebacker positions. Look for the Orange ground game to lead Syracuse to a win.

Wagner had its best season in school history in 2012, finishing 9-4 overall and 7-1 in the Northeast Conference. The Seahawks won their first-ever NEC title, and defeated No. 24 Colgate, 31-20, in the first round of the FCS playoffs before being knocked out by No. 4 Eastern Washington.
