
2024 offensive lineman Michael McMonigle picked up his first Power 5 offer from Syracuse over the weekend during his Junior Day visit, and let the moment soak in.
“Getting the Cuse offer was an amazing moment,” McMonigle said in an interview with The Juice Online. “I’ve been working hard and it was an awesome accomplishment.”

The William Penn (PA) High prospect also holds offers from Marshall, Towson, James Madison, Charlotte and Dartmouth, while Penn State and West Virginia are among the high-majors also showing interest.
“I am so grateful for all of the interest and offers I have received thus far,” he said. “Syracuse is definitely one of my favorites.”

McMonigle, who describes his style of play as physical and gritty, got to meet the coaches and take in the Syracuse facilities during his visit.
That all left a positive impression on him.
“I loved the atmosphere at Syracuse,” McMonigle said. “All the coaches made me feel welcome and like I fit right in! I’m looking forward to visiting again.”
