We’re only a day away from the start of the Syracuse football season, which means it’s time for our annual comprehensive season preview.

On their way up north for a primetime Saturday night game are the Louisville Cardinals and their star quarterback, Malik Cunningham.

Once again, the Syracuse Orange enter the season staring up at the rest of the Atlantic Division in the ACC.

Five ACC teams enter the season in the top 25 of the national polls and four of them appear on Syracuse’s schedule.

The defensive line will have a very fresh look this season, as it is going through almost a complete overhaul.
