Syracuse basketball lands commitment from 2022 four-star Justin Taylor

Justin Taylor, a four-star class of 2022 forward, committed to Syracuse on Saturday afternoon, per his Twitter.

The 6-foot-6, 200-pound small forward from St. Anne’s (VA) Belfield School, selected the Orange over his other finalists, Virginia, North Carolina, Indiana, and Virginia Tech.

He took an official visit to Syracuse on June 9-11, and also visited North Carolina and Indiana.

247 Sports ranked Taylor as the No. 12 small forward and No. 56 overall prospect in the class of 2022.

He joins five-star wing Kamari Lands in Syracuse’s class so far.

The Orange continue to pursue other recruits in the class, including Donovan Clingan, Chance Westry, Chris BunchKyle Filipowski, and JJ Starling. Starling is currently on the Syracuse campus for his official visit.
