Syracuse has jumped in the Don Chaney sweepstakes. The 2020 Florida running back tweeted that he had picked up an offer from the Orange on Wednesday, one of 17 offers he’s already gotten. Among the other schools to offer include Pitt, Michigan State, UNC, South Carolina, Southern California and Georgia.
2019 Maryland defensive lineman Evon Ellies tweeted that he received an offer from Syracuse on Wednesday. His offer sheet includes Wake Forest, Pitts, Boston College and North Carolina. He has a three-star rating from 247 Sports and is 906th nationally.
2019 defensive back Tiawan Mullen has no shortage of offers, and Syracuse became the 19th school to offer him on Wednesday. The Florida prospect tweeted his offer, and his list includes schools like TCU, Nebraska, Mississippi State and Michigan State. He’s rated three-stars by 247 Sports and 603rd nationally.

2020 defensive lineman Christopher Jones from Coconut High (Fla.) is a two-sport star (the other being basketball), and he picked up his first offer from Syracuse on Wednesday. The offer was tweeted out by his coach, who called him a ‘terror’ off the edge.
2020 offensive lineman Brian Hannibal tweeted on Wednesday that he picked up an offer from Syracuse. It the first offer for the Maryland prospect. Check out his HUDL highlights here.
2019 defensive back Jarrad Baker holds offers from Kentucky, Florida Atlantic and UAB, among others. On Wednesday, the Florida prospect tweeted that he added another Power 5 offer from Syracuse.
George Johnson, a 2019 wide receiver from Florida, has six offers from colleges, including his latest from Syracuse. He tweeted the offer on Wednesday, with North Carolina State, Buffalo, USF and Middle Tennesee State among the group.
2019 wide receiver John Metchie holds a three-star rating from 247 Sports, and is ranked 772nd nationally. He holds offers from schools like Penn State, Notre Dame, Michigan and Maryland, and on Wednesday, he tweeted that Syracuse had also offered him.
