Recruiting Roundup: 2017 Syracuse target Bourama Sidibe to announce Monday

Tyler Lydon was named to the Wooden Award Preseason Top 50. On to today’s recruiting links…

Zagsblog.com’s Adam Zagoria reports that 2017 big man Bourama Sidibe will announce his college choice on Monday. He has taken official visits to Syracuse, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech, and also has Seton Hall in the mix.

Quade Green, along with two other former Syracuse recruits, were at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday evening to watch the Champions Classic, reports Zagoria. Nick Richards and Mohamed Bamba were also on hand, and also hold SU offers. Green will announce on Saturday between Syracuse, Kentucky, Duke, Villanova and Temple, he tweeted.

Scout.com’s Mike McAllister writes that JUCO tight end Ravian Pierce will take an official visit to Syracuse this weekend. Pierce was a former Scout 300 prospect in the 2014 cycle, and currently plays at Southwest Mississippi Community College.

Elite 2017 wing Lonnie Walker did not make his official visit to Syracuse this weekend, and doesn’t know if he’ll reschedule it, writes 247 Sports’ Ben Sigel. He is currently considering Arizona, Kentucky, Miami, Syracuse and Villanova, and has taken officials to all of them with the exception of SU.

That’s all for today. Enjoy your hump day!
