Once again, when facing an opponent with superior athleticism, the Syracuse defense was overwhelmed and their offensive mates were hit-or-miss, leading the Orange to a 50-33 defeat at MetLife Stadium against Notre Dame.

Notre Dame blitzed Syracuse 50-33 Saturday afternoon at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, dropping the Orange’s record to 0-4 in games played at the home of the NFL’s Giants and Jets. SU is now 2-3 for the sesaon with a game at Wake Forest next Saturday night.
