Colorado defensive end De’Jon Wilson will finish his college career at Syracuse, he tweeted over the weekend. Wilson appeared in 22 games in his career, though he hasn’t played in a game since 2014. The news dovetails with news that grad transfer defensive end Gabe Sherrod decommitted from the Orange, according to Scout.com’s Mike McAllister.
Butler (Pa.) defensive lineman Jake Kradel tweeted over the weekend that he received his first offer from Syracuse. Check out his HUDL highlights here.
Vince Gray tweeted on Sunday afternoon that he received an offer from the Orange. The Rochester (Mich.) wide receiver is in the class of 2018 and holds offers from Temple, Toledo and Central Michigan, among others.
Southridge (Fla.) linebacker Nadarius Fagan has Syracuse in his top six schools, writes Syracuse.com’s Stephen Bailey. Fagan is planning a visit, and the other schools pursuing him include Nebraska, USC, LSU, Louisville and Purdue.

Another Florida prospect, 2017 safety Alvin Floyd has put Syracuse in his top three, Bailey also writes. His other two schools include Southern Mississippi and Toledo. He is the high school teammate of current Syracuse WR Steve Ishmael.
Syracuse added a commitment from Canadian linebacker Tyrell Richards over the weekend, he tweeted. He is the lone linebacker in SU’s 2017 class thus far.
2018 running back Eric McArn tweeted that he received an offer from Syracuse. The Southfield (Mich.) native also holds offers from Central Michigan, Ball State and Bowling Green.
His high school teammate, wide receiver Brandon Gray also received an offer from Syracuse, he tweeted. Other offers for the 2018 prospect include Akron, Ohio and Bowling Green.
Another Michigan native, 2018 wide receiver Ovie Oghoufo tweeted that he holds an offer from Syracuse. Iowa State, Eastern Michigan and Miami (OH) are among the offers the Farmington product holds.
SNY.tv’s very own, Adam Zagoria, reports that 2017 point guard Quade Green made the first USA Basketball U18 Cut. The Syracuse recruit is also planning visits to Duke and Kentucky.
