Recruiting Roundup: Syracuse offers Brandon Randolph; Quade Green nears decision

2017 shooting guard Brandon Randolph, fresh off a strong showing at the Nike EYBL, picked up offers from Syracuse and Kansas, writes SNY.tv’s very own, Adam Zagoria. Both Gerry McNamara and Jim Boeheim were on hand to watch him. He already holds offers from UConn, Alabama, FSU and Seton Hall.

SNY.tv.’s Chris Cirillo also reports that 2017 Syracuse recruit Quade Green is targeting a September decision. “Hopefully, I commit in September,” he said on Saturday. “That’s when I want to.” Aside from Syracuse, he is also interested in Villanova, Temple, St. Joseph’s and Rutgers.

Syracuse is showing interest in 2017 four-star wing Hameir Wright, reports Scout.com’s Ben Sigel. The Albany Academy (NY) prospect holds offers from Cincinnati, Dayton, GW and Villanova, among others.

2017 New Jersey wide receiver Evidence Njoku already has offers from Miami, Penn State and Rutgers, among others. On Monday, he tweeted that he had received another offer from the Orange. He is rated three stars by 247 Sports.

Syracuse is among several schools pushing hard for stud defensive back Jonathan Sutherland, writes Scout.com’s Michael Clark. Other schools heavily in pursuit of the elite 2017 prospect include UNC, Michigan, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.
