Recruiting Roundup: Syracuse QB target Kasim Hill to decide Saturday

2017 quarterback Kasim Hill tweeted on Wednesday evening that he would be making his college decision on Saturday at 2 p.m. Syracuse and Maryland are believed to be among the schools he will be choosing from.

2017 defensive back Quran Hafiz tweeted that he received an offer from the Orange. Rated three stars by 247 Sports, the Florida native holds offers from Indiana, Iowa State, Duke and Southern Miss.

Scout.com’s Mike McAllister writes that Syracuse received a commitment from 2017 preferred walk-on Adam Dulka from Huntington Valley (OH). “I want to mold myself into a faster, more physical linebacker,” he said.

The Hun (NJ) defensive tackle Fred Hansard currently has 31 offers, including one from the Orange. He was originally supposed to make his decision in May, but told NJ.com’s Todderick Hunt that he was pushing his timeline back. He has visits with Penn State, Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee lined up.

Western Kentucky is the latest school to offer 2017 wing Andre Rafus. He now has 28 offers, including ones from Kansas, Syracuse, Cal, USC and UNLV.
