Meet SU’s new rivals in this book

To help you get ready for all of the new annual ACC opponents, the new road trips south and to familiar former Big East spots Pittsburgh, Boston, South Bend, Miami and Blacksburg, along with new traditions and other antidotes, longtime Syracuse writers and former day-to-day media colleagues of ours, Mike Waters and Mark Bialczak have written The Syracuse Fan’s Survival Guide to the ACC (Reedy Press).

It’s a handy paperback guide to all things ACC, including a reverse Syracuse chapter for visiting fans to the Dome and environs, and we give it definite thumbs up for anyone in Orange Nation plotting trips this fall and next winter.

Reading the book one thought jumped out regarding future trips to Miami.  After years of Big East football and basketball games at the now demolished Orange Bowl and Miami Arena, respectively, it will be great to upgrade to the NFL Dolphin’s Sun Life Stadium for football and on campus in Coral Gables at the 10-year old Bank United Center for hoops.

Make sure to get your copy of The Syracuse Fan’s Survival Guide to the ACC on Amazon.
