When starter Shaquille Davis fouled out with 4:22 left and Whitehead facing constant double-teams in a one-point game, Williams scored seven of his 14 points, guiding top-seeded Lincoln to a hard-fought 65-60 win over No. 4 Wings at City College of New York. The Railsplitters will face Brooklyn ‘AA’ rival Jefferson in the title game Saturday at Madison Square Garden at noon, thanks in part to Williams, and also Davis, who scored 14 of his team-high 20 points in the second half.
