The 3-star wide receiver prospect announced on twitter, “I will be going to New York for college and attending Syracuse University.” Cooper is the 17th commitment in Syracuse’s 2013 class, and the second receiver to choose the Orange. The 6-foot-0 receiver chose Syracuse over many offers, including Connecticut, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Oklahoma State, Pittsburgh, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
