Karl Towns won’t step onto a college campus until the fall of 2015, but he apparently knows which college campus that will be. The 6-foot-11 sophomore from St. Joe’s-Metuchen (N.J.) will announce his college choice at 10 a.m. Dec. 4 at the high school.
