Thomas Bryant, one of the best unsigned big men in the Class of 2015, says that he still hasn’t set any more visits, but the date for doing so could be coming soon.
Well you have to figure Syracuse is going to recruit him until and unless the NCAA says they’re going to lose scholarships or something of that nature.
But let’s assume that no one on the current team leaves, and Syracuse is unable to land Bryant. Kentucky, always a hot destination for recruits, has been giving Syracuse a run for Bryant recently, anyway. What then?
With Kentucky head coach John Calipari and Syracuse associate head coach Mike Hopkins sitting front and center, Huntington Prep won, 76-57, and Bryant finished with a double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Five-star 2015 center Thomas Bryant, five-star 2016 point guard Derryck Thornton Jr., and 2016 power forward Tai Wynyard of New Zealand visited Kentucky.
Rakym Felder had 13 points, four rebounds and three steals to go along with stout defense against star Syracuse-bound guard Malachi Richardson who finished with 10 points.
