Kentucky on Tuesday offered a scholarship to Cheick Diallo, according to T.J. Walker of Rivals and Diallo’s AAU program, Team Scan. Diallo is a 6-foot-9 forward from Our Savior New American ranked No. 8 in the 2015 ESPN 60.
Returning to the center spot is Cheick Diallo, who played like a top five big all year long. Diallo is a menacing rim protector with a growing offensive game, which he displayed during his Junior season at Our Savior New American (NY).
Players were selected for the Jordan Brand Classic set for April 18 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Monday. From the New York/New Jersey area, Syracuse commit Chris McCullough of IMG Academy was selected.
