Syracuse faceoff specialist Chris Daddio’s improvement will be put to the test against NEC Player of the Year Kevin Massa, who is one of the elite faceoff specialists in the country.
Kentucky on Tuesday offered a scholarship to Cheick Diallo, according to T.J. Walker of Rivals and Diallo’s AAU program, Team Scan. Diallo is a 6-foot-9 forward from Our Savior New American ranked No. 8 in the 2015 ESPN 60.
Syracuse lost three of its top four scorers from last season with CJ Fair, Tyler Ennis and Jerami Grant all leaving the team. Fair was the team’s leading scorer at 16.5 points per game. Ennis was second at 12.9 ppg, and Grant was fourth at 12.1 ppg.

Tyus Battle, one of the elite players in the Class of 2016, plans to visit Michigan and Duke next month and continues to pile up scholarship offers. Battle added offers from Wake Forest and Maryland this past week to the many he already has.
