Adelson: Syracuse football ‘will be better’ but bowl game may prove elusive

Syracuse
Syracuse couldn't quite close the deal on Saturday

ESPN’s Andrea Adelson calls in to discuss the 2017 ACC football season with Wes Cheng on The Juice on the Cuse Podcast hosted by SNY.tv. The Juice Online Editor in Chief Brad Bierman then calls in to discuss the passing of Dick MacPherson.

Here are the highlights from the show:

Wes Cheng: How do you see Syracuse doing in 2017?

Andrea Adelson: I was very encouraged with what Dino Babers was able to do right out of the gate. I’m not surprised there’s a growing excitement and anticipation and optimism with where he’s leading the program. I think Syracuse is going to be a better team, but I don’t know if they’re going to be a bowl team. That schedule is extremely difficult. That would be a difficult schedule for Florida or Clemson.
