Recruiting Roundup: Syracuse makes top 10 for 2017 guard Matt Coleman

Syracuse has made the top 10 for 2017 guard Matt Coleman of Oak Hill Academy in Virginia, he tweeted on Tuesday. His other schools include Arizona, Louisville, N.C. State, Seton Hall, Stanford, Syracuse, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Xavier.

Victor Tedondo from Gridiron Camp tweeted on Tuesday that Syracuse has extended an offer to 2017 Canadian defensive lineman Liam Dobson. According to Scout, he also holds offers from New Hampshire and Fordham.

MLive.com’s Jared Purcell writes that Warren De La Salle (Mich.) 2017 running back Allen Stritzinger is excited to work with former Michigan star Mike Hart at Syracuse. “Growing up and watching coach Hart play and things like that, it’s just an honor to be under him and being able to get coached up by him.”

Scout.com’s Corey Bender writes that Washington State defensive tackle commit Lamonte McDougle will take an official visit to Washington State, Miami, Syracuse, West Virginia and Kentucky. He has a rating of three stars from Scout.
