Brad is predicting an 8-5 season

A quick note before we start today’s links… There’s a story on former Syracuse star CJ Fair and how he’s pegged to be a team leader for the D-League’s Mad Ants this year. On to the recruiting world….

2017 3-star tight end Logan Rudolph picked up an offer from Syracuse, reports Scout.com’s Michael Clarke. The South Carolina native already has a slew of offers, including Michigan, North Carolina, Oklahoma State and South Carolina.

Josh Allen, a 4-star JUCO DT from Long Beach City (CA), picked up an offer from Syracuse, he posted on his Twitter page. Allen decommitted from Arizona earlier in the month. Allen has offers from several high-majors, including Nebraska, Texas and Arkansas.

Syracuse is involved in the recruitment of 2016 defensive end Jacoby Hill (GA), currently committed to Tulane. Scout.com’s Mike McAllister tweets that Hill is friends with current Syracuse commit Monquavion Brinson, which can only help. Hill will take an official visit to Syracuse.

Robert Washington details how quickly things went bad for him in an interview with Rivals.com’s Adam Friedman. “After my situation went bad, I ended up homeless for a couple days,” the former Syracuse commit said.

Rivals.com posted USA Basketball highlights of 2017 PF Mohamed Bamba. The 5-star big man has offers from Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Seton Hall, Syracuse and Texas.

That’s all for today. Have a great weekend, everyone!
