JaKeenan Gant will try to lead Effingham County to semifinal — Cuse Clicks

Effingham County (26-4) will be shooting for its first appearance in a state semifinal when the Rebels host Creekside tonight. The Rebels are ranked second among Class AAAAA teams in the state by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Jakeenan Gant, Jay Wright, Ryan Wilkins and DeAundray Rhett all scored in double figures in a balanced Rebel offense in a 61-39 rout of Starr’s Mill in the second round of the playoffs.
